    At this point we only accept Credit(Debit) Cards. Payment should be done and accepted by our bank partner, La Caixa, that is one of the more reliable and known in Spain
  • Will you ship to a different address than my billing address?
    Yes, this is of course possible
  • What is your return policy? You can read about our policy in the Terms and Conditions section of this site, but by the way, we offer you 30 days money back guarantee in case that you are not completely satisfied with the product you have purchased (except if the bottle has been opened).
  • Do you match other website's prices?
    We will try to offer you the best price we can in every product category.
  • How can I check stock on an item? We update stock situation of the articles every few minutes, but it could happens that an article is out when you placed an order, in that cases we will contact you as soon as possible, giving you the possibility to change your order, search for an alternative product or cancel it.
  • What do you charge for shipping?

  • How do I check the status of my order?
    You will be informed by e-mail of any step of your order processing and after leave our warehouse you will be able to fully track it in the UPS website
  • Can I add or delete items to an order once it's been placed?
    If an item was added or needs to be removed from an order please let as know as soon as possible. A representative will attempt to accommodate this action but we hard try to process orders very rapidly so we are not always able to be changed before shipping. I need to cancel my order.
  • What do I do? Contact us as soon as possible. We could not do anything if the order has been already shipped.
